Strictly concerning the service department:
STAY AWAY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
I'm not sure what's worse...the service done (or not done, rather) on the car or the the customer service. Apparently they could not figure out why our car would randomly stall. They convinced us that they found the problem and $900 later the car still stalls. We've also had an issue with a simple brake pad replacement. After getting the car back with then hearing grinding brakes we took it back. Apparently they had "installed defective brake pads." Well that's comforting! But to top it all off this "Slim Shady" character as I call him was just the worst. Very cold and almost annoyed that we needed to take the car back in multiple times. Like it was a problem? You're in customer service, buddy...act like it. He would never keep us updated in a timely manner. Finally after needing to bring the car back for at least the forth time we demanded a comped rental car. Funny how they called us within an hour that they had already looked at the car! I guess when Chevy foots the bill for the rental they are more apt to get your car back to you. I just can't express how rude this CUSTOMER SERVICE guy was. My boyfriend is taking college classes and works a full time job and this guy had the balls to say to him on the phone that he would need to have the rental back by end of next day and that if my boyfriend decided to "keep the car for a fishing trip" we would owe for it. This was after it was explained that the particular day was a 15hr day that would be near impossible to be able to get the rental back. I saw for myself how rude this Slim character was in person. Beyond unacceptable for a person working in customer service. We will never be back. Way too much headache. Like I said, you have been warned.
