  • I stayed there for three years. Not perfect, but much better than other management companies. The truth is that all Pittsburgh buildings are old, and the ones near the universities are really overpriced. But Meyers management is more fair in how they increase their rent, and how they treat their customers. If I want to go back to study at CMU again, I would immediately go back to their bayard rd properties.
