It was mostly easy. Danielle speaks to customers on their level without the highly gimmicky atmosphere that makes car shopping terrible. I had tons of questions and emailed Danielle often with this scenario and that, and she replied to all of them on a real person level. I am not someone that enjoys car shopping due to the high pressure sales, but this was just now I needed it to be. The best part was talking about what I wanted the new car for, and one that fit my needs (but not over budget) was recommended. I'd recommend Danielle, and Mark Mitsubishi, to my friends.
