3 words: Terrible Customer Service.
Received an e-mail that an item I was waiting for came back in stock so I placed an order. A few hours later got an e-mail that my order has been cancelled due to a backorder issue. Tried calling them but I never got through to an actual customer service rep. They just have a million different automated prompts that eventually tells you to go to their website.
On top of that I had other items in my order that I paid the extra $50 shipping to get it in 24H. A week later and still nothing. Tried sending them an e-mail, but they didn't answer until several days later which at that point I was already really irritated.
Next thing you know I got another e-mail saying that the other items in my cart have also been cancelled due to a warehouse issue - really?!?! They offered to give me a credit on my order, but I don't plan on ordering from them ever again. Still waiting on the full refund so we'll see what happens next..
