  • I have had an oxygen facial done here using a wagjag voucher. Let me tell you it's a waste of time and money going to this place. First of all oxygen facials are expensive and they seem to do nothing for your skin ( at least done at windsor arms spa). Secondly, the esthetician Anna although friendly, did not provide a great service. For $100 I didn't get bang for my buck. The facial was 30 minutes long not 40 as advertised and she had not used steam machine to open up my pores. On the contrary she wanted me to buy another facial to get my face cleaned..huh?? The products she used left my skin with little allergic reaction so I doubt the quality of the products used by this spa. I have had facials done before and this was the first time I felt it did nothing to my face but left some allergic reaction. The receptionist was super unfriendly. I had left my voucher in my car and had offered to bring it after my session (they had my credit card on file for security purposes). But the receptionist insisted that I go back in cold, freezing rain and snow to get the voucher first. Anyways, I did and got late to my session. Anna complained that I was late. Once again didn't get full 40 minutes service.
