  • This review should reflect no stars; however yelp allows at least one to write a review. I'm extremely upset to have drive from Chandler to this location for a car I had previously spoken to a car salesman about promising a certain price and rate over email and phone. When we arrived there was a gash on the rear bumper of which was not shown in the pictures online. FALSE ADVERTISING!! My husband and I get into the car and it doesn't start! Seriously! We sit down and she would not honor the price she told us or the rate. What a SCAM!!! They lie to get you out there and than tell you "oh I made a mistake" but I'll honor it. Then the whole good cop bad cop comes into play. From her it's the old I'll honor what I told you and will fight for you. Than comes back to make it out as she can't honor anything she told us because some guy won't let her! Are you kidding me. As far as I'm concern this place is shady and owes me gas and compensation for my time! I work full time and attend school full time. I don't have energy and time to deal with these shysters! They even want you to pay tax on a $200 fee that they claim is etched in their windows! Crock of shit!!
