rev:text	My son is still asking to go back. My kids love going there. They have had a few minor customer service issues but not bad enough to complain about for example once my son who is two years old took his socks off and they couldn't find them and I buy my kids nice stuff so that was a bummer but again the kids want to go there so they must be doing something right. We have taken our boys there several times and one time we returned with only fifteen minutes to spare and pick up line was crowded we got them with a few minutes to spare and no fine was charged but the fine for late pick up was mentioned and had they been staffed properly we would have not waited nearly fifteen minutes to pick them up. Again no big deal especially because my kids constantly ask to go back so they must be doing something right, what I don't know it's high security and no one but approved staff members are allowed to go into the kids area and you can see most of it and most reviews are good so we have trusted them with good luck so far and my kids would never want to go back if there was something wrong, my kids would scream like wounded eagles and shout it from the rooftops if there was a problem. I believe it is safe and convenient and as for price it's worth it but not cheap then again you get what you pay for and if this company can safely take care of kids and kids want to go back then they should make a good profit. We will continue to use this place as needed when in the area. I almost gave five stars because I think it is the best choice in the area but my wife said no because of the lost socks and the unnecessary threat of a late fee when she showed up fifteen minutes early.
