  • In a sea of fast food, and convenience stores, Brighton Heights doesn't really have too many stand outs. Except for the Java House. Their coffee is perfect, smoothies refreshing, and a $5 Lunch Special!? Yes please. I was in a few weeks ago after a work meeting, and got a bowl of minestrone soup. It tasted just like my Mom's. Away went the stressful, rainy day, and I was returned to my childhood. Simple soup, but so packed with flavor. Now that I'm thinking about them, I will probably stop in on my jog this afternoon to get a smoothie. Happy Eating!
