Here is my updated review:
The owner of HPR gave me a personal call to apologize for the groomer that I had mentioned. The owner said that she takes complaints very seriously so that she can better her business. This is her business and she wants to make sure her customers are happy about their service. She credited 2 of my dogs haircuts along with the tip so I am excited to have my babies groomed with Amy again!
I do appreciate her concern and I hope to be happy with our next grooming with Amy.
Side note: my Lhasa apso did develop a yeast infection after the groom so make sure you ask not to have water in their ears when they are showered!
