  • Stayed in the new HRH tower. Had a very up and down experience. Pros: The room was gorgeous. Very pretty, very roomy, the bed is super comfy and the view was decent. Cons: Upon checking in, their systems were down. We didn't get to check in until 9pm, after we had a nice fancy dinner in our t-shirts and shorts. The built-in radio system in the room didn't work, the shower head was very poor quality and also broken. The bathroom was very pretty but 2 of the lights didn't even work and the toilet room didn't have a fan. I would definitely give them another chance based on value price, room beauty and comfort, but they need to get their stuff together with the computers and the shower heads.
