  • Have been coming here for years. The wait time is strictly related to the number of patients in the queue. Sometimes that is long, sometimes it is short - it's a clinic primarily. Occasionally you can get an appointment for special services. Generally the specialists referred to are outside the clinic, and generally high-quality working out of NYG or Sunnybrook. Regarding the nurse referred to below, I am not sure the full name is correct though the reviewer felt it was important to mention several times. Nurses do not have control over the patient flow. She may have tried to appease an irate visitor. However, if it is the person I am thinking of she has always been friendly and efficient.
