  • I've been here twice, for some reason, they're not as fast at the other locations. Some of the employees spend a good amount of time socializing with each other and some customers while a long line forms. I wasn't really impressed. The drinks are so-so. I asked for less sugar (on two different occasions), pretty sure I got normal to more then normal sugar. It was super sweet - not what i ordered (TWICE). Not like the other Chatimes at all. I'd say it's not up to par with the other locations yet and I don't think it's because the location is small. I think it's because the employees don't care.
