  • These guys are about as good as it gets when it comes to shoe shines. They will remake even a pair of dress shoes that you thought were on their way out. Through a combination of wax, buffing and heel dressing product, they will bring your shoes back to life. Keep in mind that it is very lucky to have your shoes shined in a casino, and that winning streaks will continue or luck will be changed for the better after a good shoe shine. I quit gambling years ago, but when I did gamble, I always found this to be true. Don't be shy about tipping a portion of your winnings to the shine when you are on a roll. This tipping keeps the "good feel"and luck flowing. I am not sure if the same guy is there in the afternoons as when I used to go to this stand, but if he is, he is a downtown craps player and does appreciate your tips.
