  • I cannot say enough good things about Luis and his team. We recently had Luis come out and give us an estimate on the remaining pieces of our backyard. Earlier in the year we had pavers and turf done through a company that left a whole lot to be desired in the way of customer service. As you can imagine I was cynical and skeptical that any landscaping company was going to live up to my expectations- and by expectations I mean, communication, say what you're going to do and then actually do that, and be the expert I am looking for and paying for. Enter Botantist of the Valley! I contacted via Yelp! And within hours I had response and an initial meeting scheduled. Luis had no problem telling me what I originally wanted wasn't the best option and the reasons why. He listened to every want/ need and provided feedback accordingly. He was the only landscaper who was offering to have us go pick out the plants and the rock we wanted with him so we could be sure what we were picking out was meeting our needs(shocker?!) Then he did something incredible. He told me he would send the bid in a day and he did! Bid was detailed, and I believe a competitive and fair price. Luis communicated through every step of the process, making sure I knew what was happening when etc. Emo and his team did an incredible job. They had the drip line done in a day and completed the job on the second day with all our plants and rock. Luis came to make sure placement of the plants was where I wanted them and in good design aesthetic. I am so thankful to have found Luis and his wonderful company I will have no problem recommending them In The future.
