  • Would be zero stars if possible. Paint peeling off of ceiling, black mold in bathroom. Change rooms. Second room has black mold in bathroom and publc hairs (plural) in shower. Third room has sink with water turned off. Turned it on and found out it was turned off because drain was leaking. Rude staff tells me I need to stop raising my voice when complaining about the third room. I will never stay at a hyatt property again.
