My AC broke down and they came when my home warranty called them. It took 2 days for their tech to come out just to let me know my AC is leaking freon and they needed to perform a leak test, which the tech said he wasn't qualified and would need to reschedule. I called their front office and got Maribel, which was super short over the phone when I asked her questions on why didn't they send the tech to test for a leak the first time after I have mentioned that the pipe was freezing up near the condensing unit. She didn't say much and said it will be another week before they can get someone else out. This tells me that listening to their customers are optional and short rude answers are allowed at this place.
My AC finally got fixed and this time the lady on the phone was alot nicer. I think it's too late and will make sure I let my home warranty know I would want someone else if they recommend them again.
