I always bring my vehicles here for service and oil changes. My experiences with the Quik Lube have been positive. With the service department, not so much. The last service advisor I dealt with seemed clueless. He told me Ford would charge me $130 per code that my engine was displaying, even though the powertrain was still under warranty. After 4 days the dealership couldn't duplicate the problem, the service advisor couldn't explain what work had been done to my car, or explain the charges. It seams he messed up the paperwork so another advisor gave me a partial refund. I asked for the service manager to call me back but no response. I called again but she avoided the call. I filed a complaint with Ford but couldn't get anywhere. Disappointing dealership.
