  • I was in today for a good 45 minutes. I was ready to buy. I put pillows on the couch that I wanted, even relaxed for a bit. No one said a word to me the entire time I was there. I walked around the store about 3 times. I was never acknowledged and therefore will not be purchasing here. Customers who walked in after me were helped but I never was. My husband has a furniture row credit card, but we won't be shopping here ever. The company should definitely invest in better customer service.
