  • Had appointment at 3:30, came before that. But the assistant (and i did not like her attitude, does not know how to talk) came in at 4pm.The provider came at 4:30pm . The provider gave some medicines and told that she will do surgery right in their office if the condition does not subside in the next appointment. a week later when i called they refuse to do the surgery. not sure why they lied to me. felt like wasting all the previous appointments since they did not help when it was needed most. looking for a different dermatologist.
