  • This company is the biggest rip off I have ever dealt with. first they didn't have the car or my reservation. I had to take a shuttle to the hotel and wait to the next day to get a car. Once I got my car it was ok, however when I asked for a shuttle back to the airport, they said they don't go to the airpoirt, they will drop me off at the bus station. 3 months later I received another $70 charge on my credit card. I called the company and their answer to me was that they were charging me 70 for toll road fees. I was in shock, I told them that I did not drive $70 in toll roads. She told me that it was 10 for the tolls and $50 for their adminstration charges, which was NOT disclosed to me in the contract and then another $10 in taxes. I advised them this was not ever told to me, but they refused to waive any charges. Also, as a newcomer to the country, and asking for a GPS, they should advise you to not listen to the GPS and not take the toll roads. However this company is only after your money any way that they can. do NOT use this company, unless you want to get ripped off.
