  • I am a 66 year old senior. Today I was asked by a friend, who is a frequent customer of this UPS Store, to drop off a 6 page document. She said drop it off there and I will pick it up in 20 minutes. So I went to the UPS Store and they refused to take the document, even after their customer called them for permission. It was 1:30PM and over 100 degrees out. They made me stand outside in the hot sun for 20 minutes waiting to deliver the papers to my friend! This business is not senior citizen or customer friendly.
