  • Did not have a good experience here. Went with a coupon and was "upsold" to the gold package. Next thing I know, some other guy starts to sell me on fixing some minor little ding (which I could not even see despite his insistence it was there) in my windshield. I politely said - no thanks. He then asks what car insurance I have to which I replied, it doesn't matter as I am not interested in the ding fix - thanks anyway. He continues to bug me and I - not being a fan of hard-sells - told him very directly that I was not interested and to leave me alone. Think he stopped? Oh no! He starts in again at which point I got a hold of the manager who upsold me on the gold and said, forget it - just the basic wash I originally came for. So my car comes out of the wash, the guy dries it, leaves and there it sits, with me looking at it, wondering when I will be waved over to get my car like everyone else for about 10 minutes. I only waited that long as I wanted to give the guy a tip (wasn't his fault I was upsold by the joker at the front of the line) but ended up just getting in my car and leaving. Will never go back again. Oh, did I forget to mention I used to buy a full tank of premium gas 2 x a week as well as a carton of smokes there (approx $150/week = $600/month). Their loss - not mine - now I get my gas at Costco and my smokes at the Indian reservation - score for me. Hmm, on second thought, maybe I should thank them for running me off - saved me money!!
