  • My family recently moved into our home in Vistancia - one of the control panels decided to blank out and not work anymore, so I called the number on the unit. They wanted to charge us $75 just to have a guy come out and look at it! I get the fee waived and then the guy doesn't even bother to show up for the appointment. No courtesy phone call, no show, no nothing. I guess we'll just install a nest thermostat instead.
