  • This is the least favorite apartment complex of the three I lived in. Management was terrible my first year, including unethical tactics in an attempt to corner me into a renewal I didn't want. Things improved a little with new management, but after two years of being a good resident I was still forced to leave due to an insanely large and unjustified rent increase ($114 a month more!). After moving out I now owe money due to basic wear-and-tear after living two years in the same apartment. I'm really disappointed in this place, and would tell you to keeping searching if you're looking to live in North Las Vegas.
