  • **UPDATE** I received a decent coupon in my email from jiffy lube, so I decided to give them a second chance. But this time it was my 2015 Nissan Rogue that needed service. The coupon was for a full service oil change. I only got the car a few months ago, so everything should be in tip top shape, however we're leaving town this weekend and I wanted to be sure. Anyways, I pulled up and the guy walked to the edge of the shade and stood waiting for me to come to him. I got to him, said I needed an oil change and he said to just go put the keys back in the car and he'll take me to the waiting room. He pretty much refused to step out of the shade. Other than this, the two guys working were nice enough. They were start to finish in about 5 minutes. No joke. I was shocked when he closed the hood and drove it out. Thinking they were just super quick, I paid and left. As soon as I got in my car I was pissed. They didn't vacuum. They didn't check tire pressure. They didn't clean windows. But they put "completed" on each of those items. What a joke of a business this is. I use a coupon, so I only get the bare minimum of services? I will not come back again. They fully lost our business for good. And I have pictures to verify all of my claims. We've used jiffy lube for years and years in many different locations and have never had an issue. Today, we tried this location (recently moved into the chandler area) for the first time. Driving up in my smart car, which I drive purely for fun (I normally drive an SUV), the 3 young guys working all started laughing at me in it. Ok I get it, they are goofy looking cars. But to sit there and laugh and stare is ridiculous for a company wanting my business. Anyways after about 30 seconds one of them finally walk over to me and in the most miserable voice possible he asks if he can help me. I should have got back in my car and drove away then. But I stayed, and regretted it. The entire time they had laughing fits over my car and it was extremely uncomfortable sitting there watching it. Then they kept insisting that I should know that it takes full synthetic oil. Which I knew, from owning the car for 3 years now. They also made it uncomfortable to use an online jiffy lube coupon. Maybe they need some older workers to keep these obviously very young workers in check, because that was the worst 45 minute oil change I've ever been through. Go down the street to one of the other locations.
