  • Well, I always loved Frances. Wonderful place to get a unique gift or garment. Always a lovely shopping experience. However, what seems to be a thriving business must be in trouble. Because, otherwise why would the owner stoop to agreeing to sell things with explicit language on it? Tantamount to a drug paraphernalia shop. " In the ghhhheettto." Mid life crisis? I would expect the atmosphere in a store that sells 250.00 dresses to be more Ike a Newman Marcus shopping experience and not like Urban Outfitters. I don't want to hear or read the "F" work when I go to shop. We try to teach our children how to express themselves without using language you would hear from the uneducated or the Hollywood sector trying to fit in.....and then when you see a high end boutique using it to make a buck....very disappointing.
