  • I had NV Energy come out to install one of their smart thermostats. The guy who came out told me my AC system wasn't functioning properly and needed some maintenance before he could install the thermostat. I was a bit wary since I just purchased the house and it did not come up as in issue in my home inspection. Nevertheless, we are coming into AC season so I figured it wouldn't be a bad idea to have someone come out and have a look. After seeing all the good reviews here on yelp! I decided to call Black Mountain Air. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and courteous and I was able to get an appointment scheduled that same day. 2 guys came out and had a quick look at my system. They said everything was running well and didn't charge me a thing. Will definitely call them back out for my future needs.
