  • First alarm bell should have been their F rating at the BBB: https://www.bbb.org/southern-nevada/business-reviews/auto-dealers-new-cars/autonation-nissan-las-vegas-in-las-vegas-nv-90016452 It's sad the terrible experience I've had with Autonation Nissan, considering that I had a great experience with Autonation Toyota. Be extremely wary of their finance department. These guys hid an additional down payment in the paperwork then called days later to collect it. Normally this is the stuff you see at shady buy here pay here lots. Unfortunately for me I had a cheque coming from them for the equity on my trade, so they were still able to rip me off. Take your business elsewhere. I tried to resolve things with the management team, but they continue to dodge calls, and completely ignored my BBB complaint. The worst part is that they know they suck, they just don't care. Update: Molly B's comment is laughable. It's clear she didn't even read my review before copy-pasting her response. Hey Molly, if you actually care about your company's reputation then have your GM respond to my BBB complaint, or return the several calls I have already made.
