  • I went to this location to get a dress for a formal occasion. Arrived on a Friday morning about 11 am. I was informed that I needed an appointment to try on dresses and they did not have an opening until 6pm. Seriously? I was ready to walk out and my friend said let's just look around. I found several options that may work for me. I didn't want sleeveless so there were just a few. Another employee said I could go to their scottsdale store and they would call to see about an earlier appointment. They had availability at 3pm. I was assured they had all of the same gowns this location had. So we went over to the Scottsdale location and they had only 1 of the dresses that I saw at the Tatum store. The employee at Scottsdale informed me that they rarely have what the other stores have as they have exclusive designers there. Both locations were lacking in customer service skills and misinformation. Their website needs to have better information regarding the appointment needed to try on ANY of the dresses. Overall very bad experience.
