  • This was my first and last time at this nail shop..... Let me start at the beginning: My best friend and I make appointments to get our nails done hours before arriving, even though we arrive early to our scheduled appointment time we still wait 15-20 min to be helped... No big deal in itself... Although annoying. My friend sits down with one of the nail techs.... She begins her fill in, about 15 in she sees that one of her regular customers enter the shop and IMMEDIATELY stops doing my friends nails and tells her that her appointment is here... What about OUR appointment?! That was so rude!!!! Finally my nails are finished and my friend is still getting the gel polish and glitter on her nails (btw it was nothing like what she asked them to do) I'm still waiting..... I wait a whole hour because apparently there is only one lady in the shop that can do designs...... So I continue to wait because the nails they did looked TERRIBLE! I couldn't leave the shop without a design it would look like my 4 year old niece did my nails... Yikes! Finally I sit down with the lady who does the designs, she proceeds to text her date for the night to complain about still being at work.... In front of me! I can clearly see her entire conversation. RUDE! In the end I got $5 off the price of my nails which was probably inflated anyways because it usually cost less then the discounted price they gave me. My friend paid $50 for a fill in with gel polish which was with a $5 discount for waiting... More than she has ever paid for her nails to be done and neither of us liked them! I will never return to this nail shop!!!! Even if it was free! Worst nail salon in Henderson stay away!
