  • This store has come through for us on more than one occasion. I previously purchased 4 new tires from another shop out of town - a few weeks later I got a flat and brought my car into this store. Although I did not purchase the tires from Discount, or have road hazard coverage - they fixed the tire for free. Few months later... issue with a different tire, but it needed to be replaced. They let me pay for road hazard on the tires (not purchased from Discount) and replaced the tire for free. Here I am again, with a nail in my tire (I don't drive over a bed of nails every day I promise!) and even though it was one of the original tires not purchased from their store or not a tire they carry, they still replaced it at the road hazard cost (~$25). They did not have the tire I needed in stock and because I needed it that day, they completed my paperwork before sending me to another store to have the tire replaced. They're always friendly, in a good mood, attentive. Customer service goes a long way and I will continue to bring my vehicles here for tires!
