  • We had them install a wi-fi thermostat for us because we didn't have a "C" wire. Spoke with Mitch on the phone and let him know what we needed to have done. He understood, gave us a quote, and said a technician could be out that same day between 4-6pm. We received a call from Kasey saying he was running ahead of schedule and would like to stop by earlier if that worked for us, which of course, it did! He was here within a half hour. We were confident right away that he really knew what he was doing. After changing some wiring around, and spending at least 15 minutes upstairs in the attic (it was a 100 degrees that day, I can't even imagine how hot it was up there!!) he got our thermostat programmed and even made sure the air and heat both worked! The price we paid was exactly what we were quoted. I'd highly recommend them and would certainly use Sharp again!! Thanks for the GREAT service!!!
