rev:text	We had a very bad experienced with them just this afternoon. Early this morning i called to make an appointment as what is stated on the Groupon. I called at 11am, they said they have an open schedule for 2:30PM TO 5:30PM. I asked if I need to make an appointment, the lady who answered the phone said no need. When we were there already at 2:30pm, they told us that they have a scheduled party and will be open for public at 3:30pm. I asked them how that we were told to come at 2:30? The supervisor said maybe it's a miscommunication, I answered back that I even clarified the time and confirmed. The supervisor told us to wait for 5 minutes. Then she went back to us and told that we will wait for 3pm. I was mad as if we were being fooled. Then I questioned them why do they need to tell us to come over, then cannot accommodate us, she cannot give us any answers. She just told us to wait at 3:30 as we cannot wait. And even told us to LEAVE the place as we are making a scene. I told her we are just expressing our side, because we are not happy as they cannot keep their words. I told them we will go out if you will refund our money, is it because it's from Groupon we are given the least accommodation. She said she cannot refund the money and told us to leave the place. How rude that supervisor!!! The people who work in the front are all very rude, they even said bye to us even we are still talking to them. I give this place LOWEST Star for the UGLY SERVICE!!!
