  • When I read all the negative reviews about this doctor, I almost cancelled my appointment. I'm glad I didn't. They were friendly, engaging and I had no complaints at all. One of the common complaints I read is that the doctor only spends a few minutes with a patient after a long wait. My wait today was rather long, but not excessive, Dr. Kois apologized as soon as she came into the exam room and explained she was working with only one nurse today when she usually has three. I said I understood, and on we went with my exam. My appointment was at 11:00 and she was examining me by 11:45. If that's all you have to complain about, get a life. The other aspect of that complaint is that she spends little time with a patient. Well, she's an experienced doctor who knows a cancerous spot when she sees one. She looked at my areas of concern and said they were nothing to worry about. What more did she need to say? She didn't need to stand around and talk to me about the weather or the Panthers or her shoes. She answered my question and that was the end of it. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Kois to anyone.
