  • This is my first Yelp review and let me just say, I am honored that it is for this business. I came in today with a dead iPhone and not only did Mike check to make sure it wasn't due to broken parts, he reset my software and got it working again. While there were some other minor issues that even he couldn't mend, he went above and beyond to eliminate all possible causes for my broken iPhone. He could have easily screwed me over and told me it was this or that or charged me for some phoney parts as he was aware that I was from out of town and wouldn't be back in a hurry, but he was honest and extremely helpful. After it was discovered that it wasn't any broken parts that needed to be replaced, he told me it would be best if I sorted out the issue with my carrier or apple. I asked to pay him for his time, (which was at least a good 35 minutes), and he wouldn't hear of it, because all he essentially did was restart my phone with iTunes. But still... time is time and he refused any payment. Being completely technologically inept, I could have easily been taken for a ride or gypped. Mike is an amazing help, honest and extremely knowledgeable about phone repair. If I lived here I would recommend him to everyone I know! Thanks mike!
