It's a perfect place to work out in university area. They have huge parking lot so finding a parking spot is never a problem. The gym itself is huge, they loads of tread mills and elliptical up front, lots of machine weight, free weight area. Also they have bicycling room, group exercise room, locker room with showers and sauna.
When I started going to this place I thought this place would be packed and I may need to stand in line to use some of the equipment but I was so wrong. So far, I never had to wait for an equipment to use at this gym but they do stay busy.
When I signed up, I received one week of free trainer who was very helpful to get me started on the areas I wanted to concentrated first. I gave me a game plan and even recommended me what to eat and what to avoid. Let's just say I am not good at listening when it comes to food. My tongue controls what I eat compare to my brain.
They have free child care while you work out which is really helpful for single parents. I also like the fact that they have hand sanitizers and paper towel roll at every corner to keep us safe.
I can't say I work out everyday but I do try to stay on track. I guess I eat more to remind myself to work out to keep the balance.
