The concept is creative, so I thought I'd give it a try.
Chicago dogs with korean style extras. I had the bulgogi hot dog, which is a hot dog with beef bulgogi, onions, sesame seeds, and bulgogi mayo. It was good, but it was just a bit too much. Too much flavor was happening. I think I'll keep my bulgogi with rice and my hot dogs separate.
I also got the Euro Special fries, which includes pork belly, cheddar, herbs, and garlic mayo. It was a bit too salty for my liking.
They have a variety of creative korean fusion hot dog styles. I'll probably try this again at another time. Maybe next time I'll settle for something more simple.
