Best thing happened is my faith being restored in American Dealerships. Im 43 yrs old and faithful to American products . Today, thanks to Natalie and Scott I will continue to drive American cars. He is a certified service consultant. I went to the dealership to buy a remote for my 2003 buick century. The part totaled 99.43, no problem. Patsiyev was going to charge another 100.00 to program remote for my car. I asked why so expensive. Patsiyev said he had to hook up to some computer n etc. Did not make sense to me. I left went to the Lincoln Man mechanic. He ordered a key for me programmed in 5 minutes. NO computer needed. Now im stuck with a 100.00 remote which i still have receipt for because out of plastic which was taken off at dealership. Stop ripping people off. Im a single mom, work hard. Not right.
