The owner should find who is the guy works in this shift and fire him. Not gonna come again because of him. If you keep that guy, probably lose more customers.
1. Order in English and the cashier guy keeps replying in Chinese even tho he knows one of us doesn't understand English.
2. Two people ordered after us and they made their order before us.
3. Got the order wrong. Order rose oolong with mousse and earl grey milk tea but get rose milk tea and earl grey with mousse.
4. The drink has no flavour. It tastes like water with cream on top.
I know it's the end of the shift but it is still business hour and the guy just looks like he doesn't give a crap about the business.
