  • Went into the Pepboys location in Matthews NC and the experience was great. I needed an Oil change for my older van and when I was going to the Service desk I met Robert Rhudy and he was a pleasure to meet. While my car was on the lift getting the oil change Robert informed me that there was any issue with in the drivers side wheel that the PROSTEER INNER TIE ROD END needed to be replaced and he and the Service Technician Sam Omary explained the issues if not replaced. I had the part replaced with the oil change (HIGH MILEAGE VAN) after the full quote and fast expedited service the van runs so much better. I just wanted Pepboys to know what great service that I had today with Robert Rhudy he was great to deal with and Sam Omary is a great technician plus I dealt with the customer service manager Cliff Tringali and he was also great to deal with today. I was so humbled with the great service that I purchased Pizza for the whole store. It is great to go and know that you can trust the people that work on you vehicles and today was one of those days.
