  • I would not even give this company 1 star. This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I work full time and go to school full time so finding extra time is very difficult. I scheduled an appointment for the cleaning to be done between 11-3pm. At 2:40 I call the company asking where the guys were as they had told me they would call 30 mins before my appointment. The lady acted surprised and said she would call and get back to me. She calls me back at 3 stating the guys are on their way. I had assumed that the cleaning job would be done by 3! The guys get here at 3:45 with the biggest attitude, extremely rude, and very unprofessional. I told them I had been waiting all day for them, and the guy responds with "you're not the only person who wants their carpets cleaned lady. You know what, just find someone else to clean your carpets!" And then storms out of my apartment and slams my door. First off, I am a female who lives by myself in an apartment. This guy was a large man and was scary and intimated me when he did this. Secondly, that was EXTREMELY unprofessional to storm off and not do the job you were hired to do. I attempted to call the company again to report what had happened--ignored my phone calls. I left a voicemail requesting them to call me back. But needless to say, I have yet to hear from this AWFUL company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
