Ok, I walked into the stores and was surprised by the amount of boots they had in there. That is when the surprise ended and the disappointment started. Not one employee said anything to me. I always thought of it as courteous to. Say something, say welcome, hello, I will be with you in moment. So alone a went like owing for steal two work boots, found the at LAST!. Thought I was going to have an easy time , but I do not think they go by shoe size there. It must be a new way of organizing shoes. Everything was just intermingled with other sizes. So if you wear a size 10, and you THINK you found the right boot with the size you think it is, guess again, it is probably a 12 W. Why do they not put them in order? What a crappy why to do this. Must have a bunch of lazy people that just through where there is an empty spot. I think next I need boots I will find somewhere else to go. I just don't see going to a store that is in sure a disarray and poor customer service. Sorry Cowtown you struck out
