Please do yourself a favor and find another company. In my opinion, the customer service is terrible. They are awesome before you sign up with them and do a great sales pitch, after that good luck! Once this contract is up, I will Most definitely be moving on!
Update: I wish there was a zero stars option. It's almost impossible to get them on the phone so you have to do everything online. When i started complaining about service and information that was told to me before I signed up, the rep said she didn't feel like i was deceived I just didn't understand what he said. They are supposed to be looking for the call that was recorded so they can verify. I talked to them more than once and I'm hopeful they will find it and notify me. I tried to tell her that and even said I would go back and check for the date to make it easier but we were disconnected...again!!!! I'm beyond irritated with this company. Do they not understand we work hard for our money and just giving it away is unacceptable??? I've had other security services and NEVER ONCE WAS I PUT ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR!!!!! Get over yourself you are not that busy. I have one word...karma!
