  • Dr. Goldstein and his staff are very nice, professional, and explain the entire process thoroughly of what we should expect for my son's upcoming 2-year stint with braces. I appreciate their honest, no-hidden-charges policy and hope that he will continue to receive excellent care over the next couple of years. My son just got braces & a herbst device which he was not looking forward to AT ALL!! But, I will say that Carla did a great job with this process & making my son feel as comfortable as possible. She was very thorough explaining how the herbst device works & what to do if / when it comes apart. She also did a good job explaining all of the steps required with cleaning the braces. I appreciate APDO giving us sports mouth guards as we will need them since my son is a football player. Carla gave a follow-up call later in the day to make sure my son was doing ok & to see if we had any further questions. I am so pleased with the level of service at APDO......I look forward to great results for my son throughout his braces / herbst experience.
