  • I've always taken Chipotle for granted until I moved to Monroeville. Just know, if you decide on having Chipotle, be prepared for a 30 minute wait in line unless you order your food online. Recently we placed a dinner order for 2 people, and was notified per the website that it would be ready in an hour. I get there 15 minutes earlier to pick up the food because my husband tells me they never take the full hour to prepare the order. When I get there, I was told my order was not ready. I had to wait another 20 minutes before my order was handed to me. I did receive 2 coupons so it wasn't a total waste of my time. I really make an effort to try not to go to this Chipotle, the line here is just too long. If you think about it, it's a fast food restaurant, and no one should have to wait 30 minutes to get their food.
