  • I have been to this store several times now to upgrade, warranty out as well as purchase new phones. The associate I have most often worked with on site is London. He is very professional, kind and helpful. He went out of his way to remedy my situation whenever I have been in a jam (phone not working, needing upgrades, etc.) He knows the system inside and out and is able to work things in the best interest of the customer while explaining everything he is doing along the way -- also providing options for the best alternatives. If you need some help with T-Mobile service, go see London!
