Unbelievably bad. I chose this place just for a quick night's sleep because it allows dogs for only $10.
There were many problems, but the main one was the Wifi: all of the networks are open, so nothing you use the internet for is secure. And that's if you can get a connection at all. On Sunday night (7/31/16) I tried connecting to all five of the hotel's wifi networks, and none of them worked. I called the front desk and was told "maybe there are a lot of people using wifi - why don't you try again in a few hours". I eventually talked them into resetting their router, but that didn't help. So, not able to work from my room or do anything else on my laptop.
I called the front desk to ask for a refund of the $10 "resort fee" I was charged, since having secure wifi should be provided at "resorts", and the hotel advertises free wifi on different travel sites. The front desk staff couldn't provide the refund ("we're not authorized to refund charges") and there was no manager on duty until Monday, so I called my credit card company and had a hold put on the resort fee while I file a dispute for the charge.
I will never stay at this hotel again.
