  • Giving 2 stars, debated for few hours on 1 thru 3. Ice cream is a 3-5 stars , customer service is a 5 stars , but waiting 45 minutes for 2 ice creams rolls is a negative -5 stars. No possible reason ever to walk into ANY type of ice cream shop with 4 other people and wait 45 minutes. This is my 2nd trip here, first time 30 minutes at 10 pm, this trip 45 minutes at 4:30 pm. So honestly unless you like to stand or sit at one of the 4 tables and wait 30+ minutes, well I'd recommend going to cold stone, only 15-20 minutes over there. Now positives. Guy that runs it is SUPER friendly, super gracious and has great work ethic. So many options to chose from and almost no way to not find a combo you love. Flavors are great, can't be fresher, literally ice cream made from cream in front of you! Sadly, not sure worth wait. I guess like life, it's all about timing. As I waited 35 minutes, nobody else walked in, so if you were the person that walked in next, you woukd be AMAZED you got all the great stuff I mentioned above and really fast...
