  • A couple days ago, I contacted this Petsmart location for a grooming appointment for my dog, a shih tzu. When I picked him up from the Petsmart groomers, he seemed lacking in energy and extremely tired. However, it was when i reached home that I noticed my dog was shutting his right eye abnormally, AND had a high fever. Extremely worried about my dog's health, I quickly took him to our veterinarian. Our veterinarian discovered that our dog was scratched in the eye by the Petsmart groomer, and this resulted in high fever as well. The gross negligence by these Petsmart groomers is horrifying. NEVER leave your beloved pets to be groomed here. The groomers have no sense of gentleness or care while dealing with our pets, and are extremely rude and unprofessional. I am disappointed in these groomers, and also that a simple grooming session has turned into endless trips to the vets office, with an injured, confused, and helpless puppy. Do your pets a favor, and don't take the risk with these groomers. You will leave unhappy and unsatisfied.
