  • I had bought a wax pass here years ago. It was not the unlimited one that expires... I bought 12 waxes which was a pass they offered at the time I bought it. The last time I used it was in 2017 and it was honored, I came in today and the guy at the front desk told me I had no pass and tried to say I had the unlimited one which I know for a fact I didn't have because I bought my pass at the beginning of 2016, hence would've been expired way before the last time I had waxing done. I am extremely pissed and will be taking my business to Urban Wax. Too bad because the girl the did my eyebrows today was super nice. Oh and the guy at the front desk after telling me I had no waxes was trying to upsell me on another pass. Yeah not happening.
